HR Administrator



Ciklum is looking for a HR Administrator to join our team full-time in Bratislava.

About the role:

As an HR Administrator, you will become a member of Ciklum’s global HR team with a primary focus on supporting our operations in Slovakia. This is a part-time job where the employee will be expected to work 50% of the standard schedule


  • Feed in data on employees starts, exits, transfers in HRIS
  • First-line support of HR requests in ticketing system
  • Documents administration (drafting, signing, scanning etc.)
  • Maintain compensation data in HRMS, ensure timely update and correctness
  • Support HR reporting requests – regular and ad-hoc
  • Communicate with employees on their day-to-day queries
  • Execute other tasks assigned by line manager


  • At least 1 years of related work experience
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office with emphasis on Excel, google-docs, HRIS)
  • Takes ownership over related work areas
  • Attentive to details with a taste for administrative tasks
  • Pro-active
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Fast in troubleshooting and escalation
  • Upper-intermediate English

The total target monthly compensation range for this job is 850 – 950 Euro.
