Ciklum is looking for an HR Manager to join our team full-time in Islamabad.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute key HR processes and initiatives at the location
  • Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to employees in Pakistan, utilizing best practices and a locally responsive approach
  • Partner with the Corporate HR Team to identify opportunities and areas for improvement that support organizational performance in line with business needs
  • Guide and coach managers on employee relations and HR issues in accordance with company policies, best practices, and local laws
  • Onboard and integrate new employees into the team and local culture
  • Support performance management, feedback processes, and career development initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries and support
  • Facilitate salary reviews, retention efforts, and employee engagement activities
  • Conduct employee interviews, support redeployment, and manage exit processes
  • Enhance employee relations, resolve issues, and coordinate relocation processes
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams to achieve business goals
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Execute and advise on HR-related topics, policies, labor conditions, immigration, and social law at the location. This includes HR compliance consultancy, implementation of required procedures, preparing HR reports, and tracking changes in local legislation and the market
  • Ensure a high standard of HR service for employees, including collaboration with local payroll providers and social benefits vendors
  • Assist Global HR in the salary review process, benchmarking, and defining salary ranges. Enable salary reviews with input from the Account Manager and Delivery Manager, and communicate salary changes to employees
  • Roll out employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Partner with the Regional Delivery Manager and other teams to effectively manage and execute business deliverables

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in HR Generalist role
  • Solid experience in personnel administration and payroll
  • Profound knowledge in Labour Law
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Word, Google Docs, any HR Admin system / HRIS)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast in troubleshooting and escalations
  • Solid organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
