Ciklum is looking for a IT System Engineer (Device Management) to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a IT System Engineer (Device Management), become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of Client's corporate devices through Jamf and Intune
  • Administer and deploy first and third-party updates across all device estate
  • Configure and implement scalable SaaS solutions (requirements gathenng. architecting, configuring, and team training)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation of systems and processes
  • Investigate system and security alerts and provide incident response
  • Handle tickets of incidents and Service Desk escalations
  • Participate in internal and cross-functional projects involving stakeholders of all levels

Requirements

Expertise in MDM technologies across all form factors, including:

  • Platform Management: Intune and Jamf
  • Software Lifecycle: Application Packaging and Deployment. Patch and vulnerability management
  • Security & Configuration: Security policy/profile enforcement. Configuration management
  • System Health: Maintenance and System Hygiene of MDM platforms and device estate
  • User Experience: End user expenence customisations. Device Enrollment
