Ciklum is looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist / Contract Management to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist / Contract Management with a strong focus on the contracting process to join our international team with a full-time contract in Ukraine with possibility to work remotely or in the offices in Kyiv, Dnipro and Lviv.

As a Junior Procurement Specialist / Contract Managementyou will manage the services and supplies contracts in different categories (indirect spend). Contracts signing coordination (60%), better price and payment terms negotiations (20%), tendering and market research (10%), placing orders under the existing contracts (10%). You will be working across diverse global markets including Europe, Ukraine, Latin America, North America, and India.

Responsibilities

Contract Management Focus:

  • Manage end-to-end contracting processes with selected suppliers in accordance with Ciklum procurement policies
  • Coordinate all necessary internal approvals for supplier selection, contracting, and related procurement orders/payments
  • Facilitate and support contract negotiations between internal departments and suppliers, focusing on terms and conditions
  • Maintain accurate and complete supplier information by entering, updating, and verifying contract and other relevant data in the NAV (ERP core system) for both new and existing suppliers
  • Maintain/update library of standardised agreement templates, FAQs, etc.

Procurement Management Focus:

  • Seek and partner with reliable suppliers in all Ciklum countries
  • Conduct market research and manage bidding processes in accordance with Ciklum procurement policies and procedures
  • Finalise and present to the management results on the supplier selection process
  • Systemize, store, and maintain selection process related information in internal systems
  • Ensure selection and contracting processes transparency for both, contenders and Ciklum stakeholders
  • Contract selected suppliers, following Ciklum procurement policy and procedures
  • Assist in collection of approvals and feedback from internal departments
  • Arranging and facilitating negotiations on contract T&C with internal departments and Suppliers
  • Proactive implementation of optimization, simplification and cost efficiency initiatives
