Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Product Discovery & Innovation:

  • Develop and execute a long-term product strategy that delivers tangible business impact
  • Identify growth opportunities through deep market research, user insights, and trend analysis
  • Establish a structured and repeatable discovery process, embedding a culture of continuous learning and validation
  • Shape product direction through data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
  • Own and communicate a high-impact product roadmap, fostering alignment across all levels of the organisation
  • Define and implement prioritisation frameworks to balance strategic goals, customer value, and technical feasibility

Lead Cross-Functional Product Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Work closely with engineering, design, commercial, and operational teams to drive execution
  • Ensure the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is effectively managed, with clear communication between product and technical teams
  • Define and improve product governance processes, leveraging performance metrics and continuous feedback
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear objectives that align with company strategy
  • Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high- performance environment

Leverage Advanced Leadership & Communication Skills:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, customers, and key stakeholders
  • Clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and trade-offs, adapting messaging to different audiences
  • Lead high-impact client and stakeholder discussions, presenting product roadmaps and business cases
  • Coach and mentor product managers, fostering professional growth and product excellence
  • Champion a culture of storytelling, using compelling narratives and data to drive alignment and engagement

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in leading product teams and strategic initiatives
  • Proven success in launching, managing, and scaling digital products across their lifecycle
  • Experience in the healthcare domain, payer / PBM space in particular, would be a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with product management tools
