Ciklum is looking for a Measurement Specialist to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Measurement Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth Client Brand Lift studies for Client’s partners that analyze advertising effectiveness
  • Communicate complex results back to non-technical client audiences and influence client measurement thinking
  • Provide internal and external audiences with actionable insights to improve their advertising activities on the Client platform, based on best practice knowledge and research findings
  • Work closely with Partner Managers to resolve advertiser measurement challenges through first-party solutions and guidance on third-party data sources
  • Actively build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and expectation-setting
  • Strive for 100% quality execution with regard to campaigns through quality assurance and testing
  • Ensure that assigned tasks are executed timely and strive for 100% adherence to SLA and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot any platform/tool-related issues pertaining to process & execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve measurement methodologies
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and implement innovative measurement techniques to enhance client outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital ads measurement experience and monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Expertise with both Brand Lift and other upper-funnel Ads measurement methodologies
  • Experience working directly with Partners to develop campaign measurement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and at ease working with spreadsheets and multiple sources of data to turn numbers into insights
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams, product teams, and other members of the Ads Measurement team
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally (client services and technical services) in driving client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize assignments
  • A go-getter with exceptional problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential issues, troubleshoot, and resolve them quickly
  • Ability to prioritize work independently and demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and versatile in the production role, proactively addressing changes in client demands
  • Critical thinking and decision-making ability
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce flawless work in rapid succession
  • Must be willing to work in a 24/7 support team with rotating shifts and week offs
  • Work on 2Q and 6Q reports, analyzing brand perception and campaign impact
  • Generate and deliver Kantar Brand Lift and Conversion Lift Reports
  • Provide data-backed insights to improve advertising effectiveness
  • Understand and suggest appropriate Brand Metrics based on client expectations and campaign objectives
