Ciklum is looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:
As a Middle DevOps Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working on security and data encryption products for a major credit card company. This role is perfect for a skilled technologist who can apply best practices and take ownership of their work to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Work and manage infrastructure as code
  • Help ensure the operational readiness of our systems
  • Build and deploy highly scalable logging infrastructure using Bash/FluentD
  • Troubleshoot complex relationships between components of multi-tiered applications
  • Create and maintain modern interfaces according to unit standards
  • Follow and improve code quality standards
  • Use industry best practices for development, and help adapt and improve them
  • Maintain proactive communication with team members and clients

Requirements

  • Core Skills:
    • 3+ years of SDLC framework experience
    • Solid experience in managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
    • Proficiency in AWS services including KMS, Secrets Manager, IAM, VPC, NAT/Internet Gateway, Firewall Filters, EC2, and CloudWatch
    • Hands-on experience with setting up IaaS for data processing using tools like AWS Glue and AWS Databricks
    • Experience with connectors in VPC for Redshift, S3, RDS, and FS0 Drives
  • Third-Party Integrations:
    • Experience with the setup and support of integrations between AWS and third-party services such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau
  • Additional Technical Experience:
    • Familiarity with backend services (Java, Clojure, Groovy) build and deploy processes
    • Experience with high-scale distributed systems on the AWS cloud
    • Understanding of performance assessment and monitoring
