Ciklum is looking for a Middle Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team full-time in Bulgaria.

About the role:

As a Middle Full Stack Software Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

We're looking for a full-stack developer who is frontend-oriented and comfortable owning user-facing features, and enjoys diving into backend logic and data flows. You'll join a small, high-impact R&D team building a modern SaaS platform for continuous cybersecurity risk monitoring from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to grow, influence architecture, and shape the product.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, optimize, and evolve our React-based dashboard and internal tools
  • Develop full-stack features using TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and more
  • Collaborate with engineers, product, and design to deliver polished user experiences
  • Contribute to infrastructure, code quality, reusable components, performance, and scalability
  • Take part in planning sessions, architectural discussions, and design reviews

Requirements

  • 3+ years of frontend development experience using React, MUI, and data/visualization libraries like ApexCharts
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and component-driven design
  • Experience building full-stack features or integrating with backend APIs, familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Drizzle)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
  • Experience working on cybersecurity, compliance, or risk-related platforms – a Plus
  • Exposure to LLM integration, prompt engineering, or event-driven workflows (e.g., Temporal) – a Plus
  • Mindset: Ownership, curiosity, and collaboration. A proactive contributor and strong team player
  • Proficient verbal and written English
