About the role:

As a Middle System Integration Manager with Boomi, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

Interface Design and Development:
Design and development of robust and scalable interfaces between our SaaS platform and other systems using Boomi. This includes:

  • Analyzing existing systems and data structures
  • Defining integration requirements and specifications
  • Developing and implementing APIs and data mappings
  • Ensuring data integrity and security throughout the integration process

Boomi Expertise (or similar):

  • Build and configure integrations, processes, and connectors
  • Implement error handling and logging mechanisms
  • Optimize integration performance and reliability

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with various stakeholders, including:

  • Internal squads to ensure seamless integration with our SaaS platform
  • Business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Testing and Deployment:

Conduct thorough testing of all integrations to ensure they meet quality standards. This includes:

  • Unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Deploying integrations to production environments
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting any post-deployment issues

Documentation and Support:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all integrations
  • Provide support to internal and external users on integration-related issues

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a System Integration Manager or a similar role with a strong focus on SaaS integrations
  • Boomi Proficiency (or similar): Extensive experience, including building and deploying integrations, processes, and connectors
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of integration technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP, JSON and XML
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems and data structures
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in an agile development environment

Desirable

  • Experience with contract management systems
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices

Language:

  • English
  • German will be a plus
