Ciklum is looking for a PE Accountant to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. Responsibilities

  • PE registration and bookkeeping
  • Provide end-to-end support for PEs
  • Delivery of reports to the Tax Office
  • Working with large data sets
  • Creating lists on taxes payment, control over timely payment
  • Monitoring of internal documents flow
  • Preparation of documents for offboarding/ exit
  • Proactively identify and resolve PE-related issues to minimize PE involvement in financial and tax tasks

Requirements

  • Higher or professional education (business accounting, economics, finance)
  • At least 1 year experience as an accountant, managing Ukrainian PEs
  • Familiarity with the Electronic cabinet of the taxpayer and the Diia service
  • Knowledge of tax and business accounting, tax legislation
  • Knowledge of software: Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet- banking, Navision
  • Able to take on new challenges, adaptable and quick learner
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and cooperative attitude

Desirable

  • Experience working in an IT company
  • Basic understanding of IFRS and accounting principles
  • Knowledge of Navision
