Ciklum is looking for a Power Platform Engineer to join our team full-time in the Czech Republic.

As a Power Platform Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

The team is primarily focused on assisting business users by automating manual processes. To facilitate this, we are seeking to collaborate with Power Platform professionals. These individuals should be intelligent and capable, ready to contribute to our digitalisation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Develop Power Apps Solutions – Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to automate business processes
  • Customise Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or external connectors for data integration
  • Create cloud flows, business process flows, and RPA bots to streamline operations – connect APIs and integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party services
  • Monitor and optimise workflows for performance and reliability
  • Develop & Manage Dataverse and Data Integrations
  • Develop Power Platform custom components using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
  • Utilise Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom APIs for advanced scenarios
  • Build interactive dashboards with Power BI to visualise key business insights
  • Adhere to Microsoft security best practices (DLP, MFA, data encryption)
  • Deploy solutions using ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines – Conduct unit testing, performance testing, and UAT before release
  • Create documentation and train end-users on Power Platform solutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell
  • 4+ years experience in IT Development in general
  • Web Technologies – Office 365 (SharePoint)
  • Microsoft – Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions
  • Database – SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle
  • Repository – Gitlab, GitHub
  • Languages – Python
  • Other Tools – JIRA, Confluence
  • Analytical minded and good design thinking
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people

Desirable

  • Previous experience in Investment Banking environment would be a plus
  • Spanish would be a plus
