About the role:

As a Program Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. We are seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for managing the set-up of new teams and work streams in collaboration with our operations, producers, and account teams globally, catering to some of the largest clients worldwide. In this role, you will analyze and enhance organizational processes to ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency throughout our production cycles in the [NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, APAC] territory.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and structured soul who comfortably wears different hats and is a stellar problem solver. While making sure that the current teams have everything they need, you’ll liaise with multiple offices to grow and improve processes as well as resourcing, recruitment & reporting. As a Program manager, you are ultimately responsible for intaking and setting up projects, project pipelines, creating reports, tooling implementations and process improvements.
The Program Manager is responsible for maintaining regular communication, reinforcing processes and coordinating meetings that include operations teams, producers, creatives, account/growth teams, and business affairs managers. This includes providing regular support and supervision for Executive Producers within our Studio capability. 
The Program Manager should problem solve in a timely, cost effective manner. They should be able to juggle a multitude of needs at any time. Familiarity with the daily ebb and flow of the industry along with the knowledge of how to best engage with the many alignment teams spread across several offices throughout [NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, APAC] is imperative. 

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for new incoming project requests, intaking them for the full Studio capability
  • Support Capability Leads in the implementation of global plan in the region
  • Responsible for regional project pipelines, tracking health and forecasting results
  • Visualize the status of all projects across the pipeline. Create awareness and identify areas for improvement before & during production
  • Track and Report on team capacity in order to utilize teams to their optimal potential
  • Optimize resource casting. This is in partnership with the casters and team leads. In order to make sure that all the studio capability team members are properly allocated in billable
  • While the production teams focus on the day-to-day, you look ahead and prepare the operation for growth, tackling reporting, and data analysis to check on operational health
  • Solve logistical challenges to make sure that makers can produce at full speed and great quality
  • Facilitate & encourage AI workflows in production & operations
  • Support Capability Leads in the implementation of global plans in the region
  • Help solve problems and enable great communication between teams and liaise with the operational leads around the world. As you get familiar with different models and workflows, you’ll work to connect the dots and help people to get better
  • Act as the interface between local producers, creative, and business as well as the production hubs around the world, helping with reconciliations, audits, and financial reviews
  • Provide training & resources to local producers, account managers & supporting roles
  • Support & build culture initiatives across your local team
  • Investigate automation where possible
  • Work with HR & recruitment teams to set-up & onboard new team members
  • Stakeholder management

Requirements

  • English written and verbal communication
  • Proven experience in films and content. Understand production flows
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to apply critical and strategic thinking
  • Stress-tolerant, quick-thinking and accurate
  • Able to quickly understand new technology concepts
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player
  • Flexibility, initiative, dedication and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • A sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident and possessing common sense
  • A skilled, creative, confident presenter and negotiator
  • Fluent in spreadsheets (Google Sheets preferred)
  • Strong abilities in Google Workspace
