Ciklum is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
The Recruitment Consultant will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing approaches to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Responsibilities
Client Focus and Collaboration:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process (HR Interview, Technical Interview, DM call preparation of the candidates, and Client Interview coordination)
Collaborates with GTM’s to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria (more of a hands-on understanding about the JD through the GTM’s lens)
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role and level, industry standards, and the needs of the Ciklum
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
Closely collaborate with recruitment managers, ramp-up managers, recruitment administration lead, business operations & other related stakeholders
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Communication and Innovation:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills would need to convince candidates about the values of ciklum and make sure they stay convinced about being available throughout the hiring process
Develop the recruitment business understanding & expertise through coaching, training and other activities
Review existing & create new emails templates/instructions partnering with communications for reaching out to candidates
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines (Ex.for each stage it should not be more than 478hrs). Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
Proficient with GSuite and MS Office Suite or related software
Represent Ciklum to external audiences & demonstrate opinion leadership
Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
Requirements
5+ years of experience in recruitment
2+ years of experience in sourcing
Candidate management experience
Previous experience within an international and high-paced environment
Product engg skills knowledge (Angular, React, Node JS) and other related skills understanding is important criteria
Upper-intermediate level of English
