Ciklum is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Salesforce Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • System Architecture and Design:
    • Develop comprehensive system architectures based on business requirements
    • Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of Salesforce solutions
  • Customization and Configuration:
    • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet organizational needs
    • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
  • Code Development:
    • Write, test, and deploy Apex code to implement custom business logic and triggers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code solutions
  • Integration Management:
    • Design and implement data integration processes between Salesforce and external systems
    • Utilize Salesforce Connect and other middleware solutions for seamless integration
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Analyze and optimize code for optimal performance
    • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to enhance platform responsiveness
  • Collaboration and Mentoring:
    • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to Salesforce development
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering skill development within the team

Requirements

  • Salesforce Knowledge: A basic understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem, including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience cloud, etc.)
  • Sales cloud and experience cloud knowledge is a must have
  • Salesforce Configuration: Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, including creating and modifying objects, fields, and page layouts
  • Data Modeling: Understanding of data modeling concepts and the ability to design and maintain data models in Salesforce
  • Basic Programming: Knowledge of basic programming languages like Apex and JavaScript is a plus
  • Integration: Understanding of Salesforce integration methods and tools, such as REST and SOAP APIs
  • Reports and Dashboards: Ability to create and customize reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Security and Permissions: Knowledge of Salesforce security features, role hierarchy, profiles, and permission sets

  • Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze problems, think critically, and find solutions within the Salesforce environment

  • Attention to Detail: An eye for detail, especially when it comes to data accuracy and system configuration
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and priorities

Learning and Growth:

  • Continuous Learning: A willingness and enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with Salesforce best practices and industry trends
  • Salesforce Certifications: Pursuing Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, can be a valuable asset
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt and learn quickly, especially when faced with new challenges or complex scenarios
