Ciklum is looking for a Salesforce Practice Head to join our team full-time in India.

As a Salesforce Practice Head, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
Practice Leadership:
Lead and manage the Salesforce practice to ensure successful delivery of consulting projects
Drive the growth of the practice by scaling operations, hiring, and expanding the team
Develop and nurture a positive, high-performance culture within the team
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive trust and ensure long-term partnerships
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending Salesforce solutions that align with their objectives
Salesforce Expertise:
Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, project delivery methodologies, and implementation strategies
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes, without needing to be an architect but having strong Salesforce implementation experience
Team Building & Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and retain a talented team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and admins
Foster a supportive, learning environment where team members are motivated to grow and excel
Business Development:
Work closely with the sales and leadership team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand the practice
Assist in pre-sales activities by providing technical guidance and support during client interactions
Operational Management:
Oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
Manage resource allocation, utilization, and optimization for efficient practice operations
Requirements
12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6-8 years in Salesforce
Proven experience in leading and scaling a Salesforce practice or team
Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and establish long-lasting relationships
A solid understanding of Salesforce products and services with a focus on implementation and consulting (not necessarily an architect)
Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams
Ability to work under tight deadlines and scale the practice quickly
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to join within 1-2 weeks is preferred
Desirable
Experience with Salesforce consulting projects across industries such as Fintech, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, Telecom, or Non-profit
Experience in practice scaling, business development, and driving revenue growth
Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage

Salesforce Certifications: Pursuing Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, can be a valuable asset
Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt and learn quickly, especially when faced with new challenges or complex scenarios
