Ciklum is looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Salesforce QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Test Planning and Design:
    • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications
    • Identify and document test data requirements
  • Testing Execution:
    • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure that all components function as expected
    • Perform regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality
    • Execute performance and security testing to ensure the solution meets quality standards
  • Defect Management:
    • Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management tool
    • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure that defects are fixed in a timely manner
    • Retest resolved defects to ensure that fixes are effective and do not introduce new issues
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
    • Support UAT by preparing test environments and coordinating with stakeholders
    • Facilitate UAT sessions and capture feedback from end-users
  • Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports
    • Provide input into the creation of user guides and training materials
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in project retrospectives and contribute to process improvement initiatives
    • Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and related Salesforce products
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
