About the role:

As a Senior Back End Developer Edge – Automation Development, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will join a highly motivated team and will be working on a modern solution for our existing client. We are looking for technology experts who want to make an impact on new businesses by applying best practices and taking ownership.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and Azure Services, with extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing robust backend systems. You will be responsible for optimizing existing solutions and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, build, configure, test, and deploy changes to optimize existing solutions
  • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation within agreed timeframes, cost, and quality standards
  • Work with .NET framework and Azure Services including Service Bus, Event Hub, Containers, Azure Functions, and SignalR
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration
  • Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability
  • Design and implement scalable microservices architectures
  • Hands on experience working with SQL and Timeseries databases, specifically Postgres and InfluxDB
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Key tasks:

  • Analysis, design, develop, build, configure, test, and deploy changes to optimize existing solutions
  • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation to agreed time, cost and quality within their area and level of expertise

Requirements

  • You are an independent, quick learning and experienced person with problem-solving skills and attention to detail and quality of output
  • Being part of a team is something that gives you energy and that extra push
  • You ́re structured and driven, with the ability to see the big picture, self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize, take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Developing yourself as well as your colleagues comes natural to you

Must have solid and hands-on experience of:

  • .NET framework and Azure Services including Service Bus, Event Hub, Containers, Azure Functions, and SignalR
  • Design and implementation of scalable microservices architectures including OOP Concepts
  • Timeseries databases SQL/Postgres/InfluxDB
  • Knowledge/Experience with Python

Desirable

  • Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability
  • CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration
  • We would like to see that you have 7+ years’ experience in the areas mentioned above.
