About the role:

As a Senior Back End Developer Edge – Automation, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

We are seeking a skilled mid Level Backend Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and Azure Services, with extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing robust backend systems. You will be responsible for optimizing existing solutions and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, build, configure, test, and deploy changes to optimize existing solutions
  • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation within agreed timeframes, cost, and quality standards
  • Work with .NET framework and Azure Services including Service Bus, Event Hub, Containers, Azure Functions, and SignalR
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration
  • Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability
  • Design and implement scalable microservices architectures
  • Hands-on experience working with SQL and Timeseries databases, specifically Postgres and InfluxDB
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Key tasks:

  • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation to agreed time, cost and quality within their area and level of expertise

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in . NET core
  • Minimum 1 year of experience cloud services(Messaging services, serverless technologies)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience Design and implementation of scalable microservices
  • 1-2 years of experience in SQL
  • 2+ years of experience working with Python
  • 2+ years of experience handson in Linux
  • Contributed in the development of the project from the scratch not on the maintenance project
  • Partially or minimal exposure on event driven development

Desirable

  • Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability
  • .CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration
  • Time Series databases
  • Event Hub
  • Containers
  • SignalR

We would like to see that you have 5-6+ years’ experience in the areas mentioned above.
