Ciklum is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team full-time in Romania.

About the role:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be a key member of a team focused on enhancing and integrating with our core Salesforce platform. You will leverage your fullstack expertise, particularly, to design and build custom applications, integrations, and automation that extend the capabilities of Salesforce. Your role will involve architecting robust solutions, bridging the gap between custom web development and the Salesforce ecosystem, and ensuring our business processes are seamlessly supported by powerful, well-designed technology.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
  • Develop and maintain custom web applications and integration services using TypeScript that connect deeply with Salesforce APIs
  • Drive the technical design for custom applications and integrations with the Salesforce platform, ensuring security, performance, and scalability
  • Manage Salesforce platform customizations, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules
  • Build and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and other internal or third-party systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across both custom applications and within the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity
  • Actively participate in code reviews for both TypeScript and Apex code to maintain high standards of code quality
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in both modern web development and Salesforce development

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a significant focus on the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript and experience with modern frontend/backend frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js)
  • Proven expertise as a Salesforce Developer, with strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, including data models, security models, governor limits, and deployment processes
  • Demonstrable experience integrating external systems with Salesforce via REST/SOAP APIs and platform events
  • Skilled in building and consuming APIs
  • Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in the context of both web and Salesforce development
  • Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS)
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English

Desirable

  • Hands on experience with Node.js, React and Vue.js
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker
  • Frontend experience with React, Next.js, CSS Modules, SASS, or Styled Components
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application/System Architect) are highly desirable
