About the role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with Atlassian Integration Experience based in USA, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for a healthcare technology company that provides platforms and solutions to improve the management and access of cost-effective pharmacy benefits. Our technology helps enterprise and partnership clients simplify their businesses and helps consumers save on prescriptions. As a leader in SaaS technology for healthcare, we offer innovative solutions with integrated intelligence on a single enterprise platform that connects the pharmacy ecosystem. With our expertise and modern, modular platform, our partners use real-time data to transform their business performance and optimize their innovative models in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Jira admin skills to handle governance reports and dashboards
  • Jira customization and configuration, including plugin administration to connect external tools for two-way transactions.
  • Able to work on the Atlasian admin console, including API configuration

Requirements

  • Proficient in Atlassian Forge and/or Connect frameworks for app development
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence Cloud REST APIs
  • Skilled in OAuth 2.0, API token management, and secure integration practices
  • React and .Net development experience
  • Familiar with Atlassian's UI components for frontend extensions
  • Ability to build middleware/services for connecting Atlassian data to external apps
  • Knowledge of Atlassian permissions model (spaces, issues, pages, projects)
  • Experience in API rate limiting, pagination, and webhook handling
  • Comfortable with Atlassian admin configurations and app access control

Desirable

  • Understanding of document chunking, embedding, and vector-based search for RAG pipelines
  • DevOps & Admin Tools
  • Good understanding of Networking, Security & Secrets core concepts
