Ciklum is looking for a Senior HubSpot Operations Manager to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HubSpot Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our marketing systems, processes, and data analytics. This role is pivotal in driving marketing efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to maximize Marketing ROI and streamline Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate will be a HubSpot expert with strong analytical capabilities and a proven ability to manage and enrich data, monitor competitive intelligence, and deliver insightful reporting.
Responsibilities
CRM System Ownership:
Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring all data is accurately uploaded, attributed, and organized
Ensure proper reporting on Marketing ROI and Revenue Operations through effective data management
Inbound Lead Processing:
Ensure quick turnaround for Marketing Response Representatives to contact and schedule meetings with inbound Leads
Properly qualify inbound Leads from the website and route them to the Sales team if they meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), while disqualifying leads that do not
Reporting and Dashboards:
Create comprehensive marketing reports and HubSpot dashboards to track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), contact requests, and Deal Pipeline Value
Produce monthly regional reports (US, UK, Western Europe, Israel) on marketing events, digital activities, and Pipeline value generated
Attribution Management:
Manage attribution tagging for all Leads and Deals to ensure accurate tracking of conversion sources, campaign sources, and other relevant attribution data
Competitive Intelligence Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities across social media and other digital channels
Provide regular reports on competitors’ volume of posts, content produced, and events attended
System Integrations:
Oversee and optimize the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless data transfer across platforms
Provide Sales and Marketing with a unified, real-time view of the lead-to-customer journey
Data Enrichment and Accuracy:
Utilize ZoomInfo and Apollo.io to enrich CRM data daily, ensuring all properties within the CRM are accurate and complete.
Workflow Automation:
Build and optimize workflows in HubSpot to automate marketing processes, update data, and route Leads efficiently
Social Media Monitoring:
Monitor social media activity at the company and contact level for key target accounts and decision-makers
Notify the marketing and sales teams of relevant intent-led social activity
Lead Profiles:
Create detailed Lead profiles for all qualified inbound Leads to ensure Sales and Marketing have the necessary information for effective follow-up
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Marketing Operations
Technical Skills:
Expertise in HubSpot workflows, reporting, and dashboards is a must
Experience with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, SEMrush, and Looker Studio
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
