Ciklum is looking for a Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

Responsibilities

  • Assists with discovery, estimation, drives implementation and integration of automation solutions based on design specifications and as per best development practices, governance and licensing
  • Build, test and continuously optimize new and current journeys delivering a prioritized backlog of improvements
  • Contribution to technical design specifications based on functional & non-functional business requirements
  • Improving the accuracy of a Virtual Agents by optimizing ground truths, intents and entities
  • Implements solutions with intelligent document processing. Helps with quick PoCs, research in this domain for the best suitable approaches
  • Code review of functional modules developed by peer engineers/teammates. Promotes and implements reusable components
  • Guides and executes development of attended / unattended automate process bots
  • Coordinates with infrastructure teams to ensure the availability of solutions and resolution of any issues that affect the execution of bots
  • Responsible for the development life cycle of journeys from building, testing, and monitoring the impact of the changes made
  • Supports and partners with IT management teams on changing Business As Usual directives and advanced planning activities that affect the team
  • Making sure that relevant compliance, conduct, control and risk policies are followed
  • Using large data sets in order to find opportunities and analyze the impact of changes that have been made
  • Enhancing your job knowledge by attending educational workshops & training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Developing and/or maintaining proficiency in the latest technologies
  • Mentorship and training of more junior colleagues, contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Trained & certified in Power Platform. Primarily, in Power Automate (PL-200, PL-400, PL-500, PL-600). Good knowledge of cloud and desktop automation
  • Very good knowledge of IDP approaches. Experience using AI Builder in Power Platform
  • Trained & certified in other related tools & technologies (Azure Services, AWS Services)
  • Preferable AI and Natural Language Processing technologies such as Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, Salesforce Einstein, Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, Vertex AI
  • JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS knowledge, basic SQL
  • Implemented at least 3 commercial projects using mentioned stack end-to-end independently, preferably within the last year (depends on complexity)
  • Solid software engineering skills. Familiarity with integrations using SOAP and REST APIs, creation of custom connectors. Ability to integrate with source/target applications via API from scratch
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and others
  • Develop cloud automations, desktop automations, business applications, including entity and form creation, business rules, reports, dashboard, and system configuration
  • Independent & confident developer and expert in main subjects related to Power Platform and either of Conversational AI and Microsoft Azure/Amazon Services in general
  • Familiarity with UML diagrams, understanding of BPMN notations

Personal skills

  • Advanced English (C1). Good knowledge of other languages is a plus (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) for conversational domain and IDP
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good team player, motivated to solve complex tasks
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
