About the role:

As a Senior JavaScript (FE) Developer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Front-End development to meet business needs and implement components according to the modern software development environment
  • Work side by side with our team in Spain to fulfill company goals
  • Taking part in the decision-making process in design web-application, development, code review
  • Develop and review feature design documents and provide inputs/updates to specifications for the solution
  • Proactive position in solution development, processes improvements
  • Communicate with PMs, other developers, QAs and other colleagues and stakeholders
  • Use high coding standards, software best practices and write highly testable, automatable and performant code over the whole SDLC

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, speaking and writing English fluently are a must
  • Experience of at least 5 years of Front-End development
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Practical experience and excellent knowledge in React (JSX, virtual DOM, hooks, state management)
  • Understanding of network interactions, protocols and conventions (e.g. HTTP, REST, oAuth, JWT)
  • Hands-on experience with coding testing components and knowledge in types of tests and testing best practices
  • Experience with Git and knowledge in different branching strategies
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions will be a plus)
  • Experience with code review, troubleshooting, profiling and debugging web- applications
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery processes and methods

Desirable

  • Familiar with UX concepts
  • Experience with NodeJS, Server-side rendering of React
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with Code quality tools (e.g. Deendabot, Sonarqube)
