Ciklum is looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and driving the quality assurance efforts to ensure that software products meet and exceed customer expectations
  • You will play a critical role in shaping the QA strategy, implementing customer-centric testing methodologies, and ensuring that the entire QA process aligns with customer needs
  • Through effective leadership and collaboration, you will empower the QA team to deliver high-quality software solutions that delight customers

Requirements

  • Have 5 years experience and at least 1 year as a customer facing role in quality assurance and software testing
  • Have knowledge of networking protocols and security practices
  • Have experience with Linux and Windows OS
  • Have experience with a scripting language (python / JavaScript)
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric software development principles and practices
  • Experience in customer facing role (Support / Professional services / Success)
  • Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
