Ciklum is looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement structured testing processes for Kore AI
  • Design, document, and create test cases based on requirements and user stories
  • Identify, track, and resolve issues related to the digital assistant experience
  • Ensure the product meets the highest quality standards
  • Enhance user experience and improve overall product reliability
  • Maintain consistent communication with Elsevier’s team for progress updates and collaboration

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Kore AI and QA processes
  • Strong background in structured testing, including creation of test cases, and timely issue resolution
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and updates
  • Ability to proactively manage tasks and deliver results without supervision
