Ciklum is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team full-time in Romania.

About the role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will join our Romanian team to provide top-notch recruitment services and consultancy within an IT area working with international clients.

Responsibilities

  •  Senior Recruitment Consultant will assume responsibility for the client / stack centered portfolio focusing on Romanian market
  • This role implies full process leadership & direct engagement with senior level stakeholders as well as top notch candidate pools
  • You will develop strong knowledge of relevant talent pools & Ciklum’s strategy to adjust recruitment focus accordingly
  • You will apply all relevant methodologies to access & attract top talent for Ciklum & it’s clients in Romania
  • You will get sourcing / agency support where needed & access to full set of candidate sourcing tools
  • Senior Recruitment Consultant will represent Ciklum to the highest standard & will promote company employer brand
  • You will participate in/lead Global Recruitment CoE projects

Requirements

  •  5+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists in international companies, recruitment agencies
  • Experience in candidate selection, interviewing
  • Experience in direct search and headhunting
  • Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process
  • Good understanding of Romanian IT job market
  • International recruitment experience would be an advantage
  • Advanced level of written and conversational English
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills
  • Positive attitude & result oriented approach
