Ciklum is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior UX Designer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

Responsibilities

  •  Design and optimize user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to drive design decisions
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to align design with business and technical requirements
  • Ensure UI/UX designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with industry best practices
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components
  • Analyze user feedback and analytics to refine and enhance the user experience

Requirements

  • Good to have – BE/BTech in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX designs
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge preferred)
  • Strong understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on enterprise applications, SaaS products, or IT platforms is a plus
