About the role:

As a Test Automation Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Selenide for web applications
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test strategies, plans, and reports
  • Enhance and optimize test automation frameworks and best practices
  • Support the team in implementing test automation for end-to-end scenarios and UI regression tests
  • Ensure test coverage for key functionalities and user journeys within our digital platforms
  • Continuously improve our testing processes, tools, and methodologies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in test automation for web applications, preferably using Selenide
  • Strong proficiency in Java and test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and test management tools (Jira, Xray, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Selenium WebDriver and browser automation principles
  • Experience in REST API testing (e.g., using RestAssured, Postman, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality
  • Fluent in English
