Ciklum is looking for a US Field Marketing Specialistto join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our team and support event planning and marketing efforts focused on the US market. This role is based in India and reports to the US Field Marketing Team Lead (who is based on Eastern Standard Time). The Field Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing events for our US-based audience, contributing to high-quality lead generation and supporting sales in converting leads into opportunities.
Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution: Research, select, and contract appropriate industry events, trade shows, and conferences within the US market. Develop timelines, manage logistics, and oversee event execution from start to finish
Marketing Material Development: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and content team to create event-specific marketing materials, including presentations, content pieces, trade show banners, and booth displays
Pre, During, & Post-Event Strategy Development: Work closely with the US Field Marketing Team Lead to design strategies and promotional tactics for each event phase to drive engagement and conversions
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Generate high-quality leads from events, and partner with US Marketing Response Representative to nurture Leads into Opportunities, providing the sales team with prospects that are sales ready
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the US sales and global marketing teams, sharing insights and updates to ensure alignment and effectiveness
Project Management: Manage all event-related tasks, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budgetary constraints
CRM/CMS Management: Use HubSpot for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on lead generation and campaign efforts, ensuring new leads are effectively uploaded, data is accurately enriched and all automations are effective across the CRM
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in event planning, preferably within the IT sector and for a US-based organization
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot as both a CRM and CMS tool is a must
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Use of project management tools like Monday.com are preferred
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
Budget Management: Experience managing an annual budget of $750k or more
Time Zone Flexibility: Comfortable working across time zones to collaborate with US-based stakeholders. This role will work on EST hours (+5.5hrs GMT)
Analytical Skills: Ability to measure event ROI and optimizing future strategies
Prior experience: B2B technology or IT experience is preferred
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about events as a key demand generation tool
