Ciklum is looking for a Workplace Architect to join our team full-time in Switzerland.

About the role:
As a Workplace Architect, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
Define technical architecture and rollout strategy for workplace modernization
Lead the Active Directory and MS Exchange migration planning
Design and supervise desktop and software packaging & deployment processes
Coordinate the virtualization architecture (VMware Horizon)
Define and improve automation workflows (ManageEngine, Intune, SCCM or similar)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth multi-location rollout
Create technical documentation and guidelines for engineering and support teams
Requirements
Proven experience as a Workplace Architect or similar senior infrastructure role
Deep understanding of Windows environments, Office/Teams deployment, and business workstation setup
Hands-on experience with AD and Exchange Migrations, ManageEngine, and virtual environments (VM Horizon)
Strong knowledge of enterprise deployment planning and execution
Excellent communication skills in German (B2+/C1), both spoken and written
