Ciklum is looking for a Workplace Engineer to join our team full-time in Switzerland.

About the role:
As a Workplace Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
Execute AD and MS Exchange migration tasks based on architecture plan
Prepare and deploy Office, Teams, and standard business software to workstations
Package and deliver Business Workplace setups to multiple locations
Support and configure VMware Horizon virtual desktops
Operate and improve deployment tools (e.g., ManageEngine)
Coordinate and execute desktop rollout in waves across 3 locations
Collaborate with architecture, project management, and local IT teams
Requirements
Strong background in IT support, workplace deployment, or infrastructure engineering
Solid experience in desktop packaging, rollout, and support
Experience with VMware Horizon, ManageEngine, AD/Exchange migration is a plus
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and user focus
German proficiency required (B2+/C1 level minimum)
