About the role:

At Ciklum, we're looking for an exceptional individual to enhance our global Delivery Operations team. If you're an assertive communicator, excel in managing vast amounts of information while being extraordinary with data, and have 2-3 years of experience in a Big 4 environment or roles at other consulting firms or organisations known for their excellence in operational and analytical accuracy, we want you.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for ensuring discipline and accuracy in operational processes, such as utilization management and time logging, for the Delivery Center and global operations. Continuously enhance these processes to drive maximum efficiency
  • Provide essential analytical support by converting complex data into clear, actionable insights that support operational objectives
  • Play a critical role in business operations by managing seamless weekly and monthly closures, serving as the first point of contact for Delivery Managers and Heads of Functions regarding operational processes and issue resolution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, developing insightful reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Communicating ideas and presenting findings is second nature to you, thanks to your excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Your analytical skills are unmatched, allowing you to dissect complex data and provide strategic insights
  • Master of data and spreadsheets (quickly build a complex pivot table, use formulas like xlookup, sumifs, countifs, importrange and queries)
  • Have experience using Google Looker and Apps Script or are eager to learn
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, turning ambiguity into clarity and structure
