Ciklum is looking for an Employer Branding Lead to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As an Employer Branding Lead, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and retaining in demand talent to support the company`s continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Empower recruiting goals by increasing the candidate pipeline through marketing activities
  • Improve the company’s presence on job portals, thematic forums, etc.
  • Translate our EVP into compelling content for career website, landing pages, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and job descriptions
  • Budget, manage, and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual events
  • Develop engaging newsletters and other content for recruitment, onboarding, DEI initiatives
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all activities are consistently Ciklum-branded
  • Execute external marketing campaigns, covering all tactical aspects
  • Brief our in-house team on all event production, design, swag, content, and promotional efforts
  • Build meaningful relationships with the external communities
  • Evaluate success and prepare detailed reports on conducted activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor`s Degree in marketing, economics, journalism, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • The ability to engage and manage both internal stakeholders and external talent
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, complex projects with a high attention to detail
  • Strong English communication skills
