Ciklum is looking for a Market Operations Associate to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

In this role, you`ll drive operational excellence and analytical accuracy for Western Europe Market. You`ll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with diverse stakeholders worldwide and playing a crucial role in our continued success and growth. This is your chance to impact our operational strategies, streamline processes, and ensure we meet our ambitious targets.

At Ciklum, we`re looking for an exceptional individual to enhance our Market Operations (Western Europe) team. If you`re an assertive communicator, excel in managing vast amounts of information while being extraordinary with data, and have 2-3 years of experience in a Big 4 environment or roles at other consulting firms or organisations known for their excellence in operational and analytical accuracy, we want you.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for ensuring discipline and accuracy in operational processes, such as pipeline management, revenue forecasting and many others for the Western Europe Market. Continuously enhance these processes to drive maximum efficiency
  • Provide essential analytical support by converting complex data into clear, actionable insights that support operational objectives (utilization, hiring capacity, capability management, profitability, attrition, etc.)
  • Play a critical role in business operations by managing seamless weekly and monthly closures, serving as the first point of contact for Delivery Managers and Account Managers regarding operational processes and issue resolution for the region
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, developing insightful reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making
  • Manage and regularly improve operational processes to maximize operating efficiencies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Big 4 environment or operations roles at other consulting firms or IT organisations
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • You`re highly organized, resourceful, and passionate about providing outstanding service with a positive attitude
  • Communicating ideas and presenting findings is second nature to you, you like structuring the ideas and putting them into slides
  • Your analytical skills are unmatched, allowing you to dissect complex data and provide strategic insights
  • Master of data and Excel/Spreadsheets (quickly build a pivot table, use formulas like xlookup, sumifs, countifs, importrange and queries)
  • Experience withbusiness intelligence tools (Taleo, IBM, Salesforce etc.)
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, turning ambiguity into clarity and structure
