Ciklum is looking for a Market Operations Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

At Ciklum, we’re seeking a talented and driven individual to strengthen our Market Operations team for the UK Market. If you’re a confident communicator, thrive in handling complex information, and have a strong command of data, this role is for you. We’re especially interested in candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Big 4 firms, consulting environments, or organizations recognized for their operational and analytical excellence.

In this role, you’ll support the operational excellence and data accuracy for the UK Market. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, contributing to process improvements, reporting, and helping ensure we stay on track with our goals. Responsibilities

  • Support the accuracy and consistency of key operational processes, such as pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and hiring capacity planning
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency
  • Analyze various data sets (e.g. utilization, profitability, capability, attrition) and turn them into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Delivery and Account Managers to support weekly and monthly reporting cycles and resolve operational queries for your market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and prepare structured, easy-to- understand reports and dashboards
  • Take ownership of specific areas within operational reporting and continuously look for ways to optimize them

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, or Sales Analysis, ideally in IT services, consulting (Big 4 a plus), or other analytical roles
  • You’re comfortable working in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems and improving processes
  • You enjoy working with data and know how to structure findings visually – slide creation and presentations come naturally to you
  • You’re confident in Excel or Google Sheets: you know how to build pivot tables and use formulas like XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IMPORTRANGE, QUERY
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Salesforce, Taleo, IBM Cognos) is a plus
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
