Ciklum is looking for a Marketing Response Representative (US Market) to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate demand for Ciklum’s service offerings in the United States by nurturing leads generated through various marketing initiatives, including events, digital content downloads, and content syndication. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, an interest in outbound sales prospecting, and experience using CRM systems like HubSpot for automated email marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads generated through marketing initiatives from the UK and guide them through the sales funnel to create demand for Ciklum’s services
  • Outbound Prospecting: Utilize outbound sales techniques to identify and engage potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Email Marketing: Craft and send personalized outbound lead nurturing emails, tailored for the UK Market, using HubSpot or similar automation software
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of outreach campaigns, providing insights and recommendations on what strategies are most effective
  • CRM Management: Efficiently use HubSpot CRM to track lead interactions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records 
  • Content Utilisation: Leverage digital content and resources to engage leads and provide them with valuable information about Ciklum’s offerings
  • Event Follow-Up: Follow up with leads from events, webinars, and other marketing activities to nurture relationships and move them into the sales pipeline
  • Reporting: Generate reports on lead nurturing activities and campaign performance to provide insights to the business

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in marketing response, inside sales, lead generation, or sales development experience on international level (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably IT services or software business
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging emails
  • Language: Fluency in English. Understanding of UK Language nuances
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or other marketing automation tools for email marketing and lead management
  • Outbound Sales: Strong interest in outbound sales prospecting, with experience in prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance marketing and sales efforts
  • Global Mindset: Ability to thrive in a global organisation, working collaboratively with teams based in the UK, US and Western Europe
