Ciklum is looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Middle Manual QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
The client is disrupting the traditional firewall and changing how organizations protect their datacenters and clouds.

Responsibilities

  • Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results
  • Assisting with investigation and reproduction of bugs originating from the field
  • Reporting bugs to development teams and helping troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborating with R&D to develop effective strategies, creating detailed and well-structured Test Plans/Cases
  • Reviewing and analyzing system specifications. Conducting post-release / post-implementation testing
  • Working closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Design

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and security practices
  • Experience with Linux and Windows OS
  • Experience with a scripting language (python / JavaScript)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills. Attention to details and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Provide an Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
