Ciklum is looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer  to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Middle Manual QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

You will become a part of a cross-functional development team working for the SaaS company founded in Denmark with an international team of curious, intelligent, and creative people located across Europe. We have spent more than 10 years building a platform bringing light to the dark of advertising.

We empower advertisers to make confident marketing decisions and reach their audience more effectively based on independent, comprehensive cross media measurement. Our powerful and easy-to-use platform provides actionable audience insights in a cookieless and privacy-safe manner, allowing advertisers to allocate ad budgets more efficiently.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and refines functional requirements 
  • Designs, reviews and maintains QA documentation (such as Checklists, Test Cases, Bug Reports, Test Reports etc.) following QA best practices and principles 
  • Performs functional and non-functional testing. Analyzes results and testing outcomes 
  • Participates in the team's activities according to the methodology used (daily, planning, retrospective meetings, etc). Estimates own scope for testing under supervision 
  • Efficiently uses Test Management and Bug Tracker tools, follows testing standards and team-agreed rules 

Requirements

  • Practical experience in functional and non-functional testing types 
  • Proficiency in Requirements Analysis and creation of Requirements Traceability Matrix 
  • Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining test cases/checklists, bug reports, test reports using different techniques and best practices 
  • Prior record in creating simple SQL queries 
  • Strong grasp of established debugging tools (e.g. DevTools), Bug tracking and Test Management tools 
  • Participating in all meetings according to the product methodology (such as daily meetings, planning, retrospective etc.) 

Desirable

  • Practical experience with basic functions of the CI/CD tool 
  • Ability to select and create test cases for automation. Ability to analyze the automation test report
