Ciklum is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. In this role, you will help drive our PacketFence and Fingerbank products forward while working on strategic integration initiatives with other Company solutions. This position represents an opportunity to work alongside senior engineers while bringing fresh perspectives to established projects with global impact.

Responsibilities

  • Leading new features and problem-solving from requirements to delivery across the product areas and technologies
  • Planning and implementing efficient and reusable front-end systems that power complex web applications
  • Maintaining and enhancing REST APIs for integration with external systems
  • Collaborating with brilliant Product Managers, UX Experts, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing features
  • Researching and providing solutions to complex problems
  • Participating in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment

Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of professional web development experience
  • Be proficient with Angular 2+, Vue (Composition API), or React, with a solid grasp of core JavaScript concepts like asynchronous programming and ES6
  • Build intuitive, accessible interfaces from Figma or similar tools, and explore AI-assisted prototyping platforms like Bolt or Lovable
  • Implement polished, responsive designs using advanced CSS (layout, transitions, cross-browser compatibility)
  • Develop scalable backend services using Go or Python (Golang’s Caddy 2 is a nice-to-have)
  • Have experience with NodeJS and NPM package management
  • Design and operate backend systems for multitenant, cloud-native environments (e.g., Kubernetes-based PacketFence infrastructure)
