Ciklum is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)   to join our team full-time in London.

About the role:

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving business success by aligning human capital strategy with organizational goals.

This role champions talent development, performance management, and organizational design while fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion. The HRBP partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), leadership teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR programs across designated business units.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Capability and Recruitment:
    • Evaluate current and future workforce capabilities, aligning team strengths with organizational priorities
    • Oversee the recruitment agenda for designated units, collaborating with HR CoE and business leaders to attract top talent
  •  Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management strategies in partnership with HR CoE, including processes for addressing low performance, trial periods, and calibration
    • Provide day-to-day guidance to managers on coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions
  • Total Rewards:
    • Implement the organization’s total rewards framework, including promotion procedures and compensation package structures for designated units
    • Partner with HR CoE to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Employee Relations:
    • Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues through comprehensive and objective investigations
    • Provide expert advice to management and employees on policy interpretation and conflict resolution
  • Data and Analytics:
    • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and develop tailored solutions
    • Collaborate with HR CoE and HR Operations to create programs and policies based on insights
  • Organizational Design and Workforce Planning:
    • Provide guidance on organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
    • Collaborate with leadership to optimize team structures and address business needs
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training and development needs within business units and recommend executive coaching opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and organizational development
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools
