Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. We are a leading commercial real estate advisor and service provider to large  institutional investors, global corporations, and other owners and occupiers. Our mission is to make it easier to  lease, buy or sell properties in the retail, office, multifamily, industrial, student housing or hospitality sectors. Our team is equipped to guide clients through the real estate process and is more rewarding for everyone.
Representing the needs to tenants and building owners is the cornerstone of our customer product experience.  A frustrating experience can make or break even the best experience with a product. That’s why we’re looking  for a Senior Product Manager who will dig into the details and help define and deliver a world-class product experience for our customer base. 

Responsibilities

  • Spend time with our customers to dig into how they prospect and find new clients, and how these  processes fit with their day to day operations, to understand their needs and challenges
  • Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to identify and prioritize  opportunities and turn them into requirements, designs, and code
  • Meet with sales and business operation leaders to align on top pain points that have surfaced and map  them to solutions that we can build over time
  • Shadow customers to watch them walk through our business processes, and identify new areas of  opportunity
  • Partner with your fellow product managers on product changes that may impact customer leasing solutions across the organization
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with the overall product strategy and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to  deliver high-quality product releases
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive  dynamics
  • Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the  product lifecycle
  • Act as the customer advocate, ensuring that product developments are aligned with user needs and  provide maximum value
  • Facilitate daily Scrum activities, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Monitor and measure product performance, collecting and analyzing data to inform product decisions
  • Ensure the successful integration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions in alignment  with business requirements

The ideal candidate for this role loves getting into the details, goes deep with customers to understand their  needs and translating those to successful products, has a proven track record of collaborating with sales,  business, operations, and customer service teams, has experience working on Microsoft as a product, and is  skilled at communicating across levels and functions. Success in the role will be measured by customer NPS,  customer feedback, and value delivered to the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in Microsoft  Dynamics
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum framework
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Desirable

  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics and Agile Product Management is highly desirable

  • Strategic thinker. Understands business objectives and converts them into clear product plans, follows  through with execution
  • Analytical and results oriented. Uses hard data to assess opportunities, metrics driven, ruthless in  prioritization, overcomes obstacles to drive business outcomes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and challenge. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, concurrently manages  multiple initiatives, and remains optimistic
  • Excellent communicator. Articulates the product strategy and roadmap, structures the problem at  hand, experienced and comfortable gaining alignment and in presenting to senior executives
