Ciklum is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Client’s award-winning trading and investing platform is at the forefront of Fintech technology. Our Research and Development department develops cutting-edge technologies, focusing on field-relevant areas like blockchain and artificial intelligence. We promote an organizational culture that is both professional and fun. Client R&D is currently seeking an ambitious SRE Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing R&D team.

Responsibilities

The role responsibilities include the development of features, tools, and observability infrastructure. You will Work collaboratively with professional developers, software architects, and SRE, in a fast-paced agile environment.

  • Maintain and improve Observability/Monitoring/Logging tools
  • Maintain and develop some core libraries used by automation/boilerplate projects
  • Maintaining CI/CD
  • Maintain and develop automation

Requirements

  • 2 + years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering(SRE), DevOps
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform,Ansible)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Experience with Performance Optimization, ability to identify and mitigate system bottlenecks
  • Experience with designing and implementing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk stack)
  • Strong knowledge in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Middleware technologies such as “RabbitMQ”, “Kafka”, “MSMQ” 
  • System Administration: Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills and networking knowledge effectively
