Ciklum is looking for a Resource Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role

As a Resource Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Project Evaluation: Assess project requirements, objectives, and timelines to understand resource needs accurately
  • Skillset Identification: Collaborate with project managers to define the specific skill sets and expertise required for successful project execution
  • Resource Scouting: Utilize internal databases, networks, and talent pools to identify and evaluate potential resources within the organization
  • Resource Allocation: Match available resources with project requirements, ensuring alignment with skill sets, availability, and project timelines
  • Talent Development: Work with HR and department heads to identify areas for skill development and training to enhance resource capabilities
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with Operation Managers, Project Managers, and department heads to understand project priorities and resource availability
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve resource allocation conflicts and prioritize competing demands in collaboration with project managers and department heads
  • Performance Monitoring: Track resource performance and provide feedback to project managers for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or resource management roles
  • Project Management Skills: Proficient in project evaluation, resource allocation, and project planning methodologies
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project managers, department heads, and team members
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and match them with available resources effectively
  • Resource Management Tools: Familiarity with resource management software/tools for tracking, allocating, and monitoring resources
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate resource allocations and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and resource availability
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify and resolve resource-related challenges efficiently
